How do I get the position of where the character bone would be if there was no IK (the character is animated).

This is possible with standard IK in Unity but how do I do this with Final IK?

Just read the bone position from LateUpdate. Final IK normally executes in LateUpdate, but if you look at the Script Execution Order, you'll see it has set itself to a very high value to make sure it updates after your own LateUpdates. That enables you to read bone positions and rotations in LateUpdate and set IK targets accordingly.
