Hello, with Final Ik its posible make sworld physics for VR like in this video? thanks !

No, sorry, Final IK deals with inverse kinematics, it doesn't have anything for physics.

For this problem you likely want a spring joint, or a configurable joint using an impulse (add force) to get back to the desired position and rotation once pushed away.

Look into either Puppet Master (from this site), or a simpler version, or Actuated Physics.

But essentially you want to utilise joints, and treat them as though they're a muscle.
