I figured out that the map position on the hips is causing my character to jitter when moving. If I set it to false, everything is fine. But I need it enabled or else the character wont follow the unpinned ragdoll. I set the rigidbody on my character and all the muscles to interpolate and the camera is following in late update but nothing seems to fix it. I'm moving my character by setting the rigidbody velocity directly in OnAnimatorMove.

Ok so it definitely is a camera issue. Right now my camera is following an object that is child of player controller. If I switch it to follow the hips of puppetmaster skeleton, everything is smooth.

Ok so turning off interpolation on character and muscles seems to have fixed the issue.
